Our commitment

[LEGAL ENTITY NAME] is committed to making prepouches.com accessible to everyone. We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA as our standard, and we test against it before each release.

Conformance status

This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform. The site is a pre-launch product page and a shop preview; both are being improved continuously and this statement is updated with each change.

What we do

• Semantic HTML with a single main heading per page, landmarks, and a "Skip to content" link at the start of every page.
• Every control works with a keyboard alone and shows a visible focus ring. Nothing traps focus; dialogs return focus when they close.
• Text alternatives: the 3D can carries a description of its state, and everything the "dissect" view shows as annotations is also plain text in the page.
• Colour contrast of at least 4.5:1 for text on our dark surfaces.
• Motion: the site respects your operating system's "reduce motion" setting, and a Pause motion control at the bottom of each page stops the floating animation and the slow turning of the can. Your choice is remembered on your device.
• The loading screen shows progress as text and blocks nothing you could interact with while it runs.
• No accessibility "overlay" widgets. We fix the pages themselves.
• Automated checks (axe-core, WCAG 2.2 rules) on every release, and manual keyboard and screen-reader passes with VoiceOver on macOS and iOS.

Known issues and planned fixes

• The 3D can and the opened-tin view are visual by nature. A screen reader gets the same facts as text (flavor, strength, what is in a pouch, what each part is), but not the 3D experience itself.
• The scroll-driven "what is inside" view depends on scrolling; it also opens with the Ingredients link in the header, which works with a keyboard.
• The shop preview's bag has no checkout yet; when checkout is added it will be built and tested to the same standard before it goes live.
• Some captions on the home page are very small on phones. We are increasing their minimum size.

Compatibility

Tested with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge on macOS, Windows, iOS and Android, with VoiceOver and with keyboard-only navigation. The 3D can needs WebGL; where WebGL is unavailable the page still shows the product as images and text.

If we do not respond or you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the body responsible for accessibility enforcement where you live. In the European Union that is the market surveillance authority of your member state; in France, the DGCCRF for e-commerce and Arcom for online services.

Note for legal review: confirm the enforcement bodies for the launch market, and whether the company qualifies as a microenterprise under the European Accessibility Act (fewer than 10 staff and under EUR 2 million turnover), which changes the formal obligations but not this commitment.
