PRE is a nicotine-free pre-workout pouch: a small white pouch you place under your upper lip for 20 to 40 minutes. It carries caffeine and L-theanine, with vitamins B6 and B12, and contains no nicotine and no tobacco. No powder, no shaker. Adults only (18+).

Take it about 30 minutes before you train. Place one pouch under your upper lip for 20 to 40 minutes. Do not chew or swallow the pouch. Remove it when you are done and put it in a bin. Adults only (18+). Maximum 2 pouches per day, and count all other caffeine.

No. PRE contains no nicotine, no tobacco and no nicotine analogues. Every batch will be lab-tested to confirm it.

MILD is 100 mg of caffeine per pouch. STRONG is 180 mg of caffeine per pouch. For reference, EFSA lists a 200 ml cup of filter coffee at about 90 mg and a 60 ml espresso at about 80 mg. Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children or pregnant women (MILD: 100 mg per pouch; STRONG: 180 mg per pouch). These are our target amounts; the final amounts are confirmed at production.

Count caffeine from all other sources, including coffee, tea and energy drinks. STRONG contains 180 mg caffeine per pouch, under the 200 mg single amount EFSA assessed for healthy adults. Two STRONG pouches contain 360 mg, under the 400 mg daily figure EFSA assessed from all sources. MILD contains 100 mg caffeine per pouch.

MILD contains 100 mg caffeine per pouch. For reference, a 200 ml filter coffee contains about 90 mg caffeine. STRONG contains 180 mg caffeine per pouch, under the 200 mg single amount EFSA assessed for healthy adults. If you are not sure how you react to caffeine, start with MILD.

It can. Caffeine late in the day can disturb sleep, and EFSA notes that even 100 mg may affect sleep in some adults when taken close to bedtime. Use your last pouch well before you go to bed.

Plant fibre, water, xylitol, erythritol, vegetable glycerol, caffeine, L-theanine, sodium alginate, liquorice root extract, natural flavouring, sea salt, sucralose, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin). Every pouch contains 150 mg L-theanine, 1.4 mg vitamin B6 and 2.5 µg vitamin B12; both vitamins are at 100% NRV.

Sugar is not an ingredient. The sweetness comes from xylitol, erythritol and a trace of sucralose. Excessive consumption of sugar alcohols can have a laxative effect; one pouch contains less than a gram of each.

Caffeine is bitter. Xylitol and erythritol give the pouch a cool sweetness, and a trace of sucralose rounds it off, so the recipe needs no sugar. All three are authorised sweeteners in the EU. EFSA re-evaluated erythritol in 2023 and sucralose in 2026 and gave each an acceptable daily intake.

Anyone under 18, anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, and anyone sensitive to caffeine or advised by a doctor to avoid it. If you take medication or have a heart condition or high blood pressure, ask your doctor first.

Keep tins and used pouches out of sight and reach of children and pets. One pouch can hold more caffeine than a child should have in a day, and a full tin holds a dangerous amount. Xylitol and caffeine can poison dogs in small amounts. If a child or a pet swallows a pouch, contact a poison centre, a doctor or a vet at once.

Caffeine is not on the World Anti-Doping Agency's 2026 Prohibited List; WADA monitors it. PRE is not certified by a third-party anti-doping programme such as Informed Sport. If you are drug-tested, check with your federation before you use it.

None of the listed ingredients is of animal origin, and none is one of the 14 allergens that EU law requires to be highlighted. We will confirm both against the manufacturer's final specification before launch and say so here.

Keep the lid closed and store the tin cool and dry. The best before date is printed on the base of the tin.

Put it in a bin. Do not flush it and do not drop it on the ground. Keep used pouches away from children and pets.

Nothing to mix and nothing to carry but the tin: no water, no shaker, no can. A tin of 20 fits in a pocket. Sugar is not an ingredient, and there is no nicotine or tobacco.

When the shop opens, tell us within 14 calendar days after delivery if you want to return unopened, sealed tins, then send them back within 14 calendar days after telling us.
