What is PRE?
PRE is a nicotine-free pre-workout pouch. It looks like a nicotine pouch: a small white pouch you place under your upper lip for 20 to 40 minutes. Instead of nicotine it carries caffeine and L-theanine, with vitamins B6 and B12. No powder, no shaker.
How do I use it?
Put one pouch under your upper lip 20 to 40 minutes before you train. Do not chew or swallow the pouch. Remove it when you are done and throw it away. Adults only. Maximum 2 pouches per day.
Is there nicotine or tobacco in it?
No. PRE contains no nicotine, no tobacco and no nicotine analogues. Every batch will be lab-tested to confirm it.
How much caffeine is in a pouch?
MILD is 100 mg of caffeine per pouch, STRONG is 200 mg. For reference, a double espresso is about 120 to 150 mg. Contains caffeine; not recommended for children or pregnant women. These are our target amounts; the final amounts are confirmed at production.
What else is in it?
L-theanine from green tea (150 mg), vitamins B6 and B12 at 100% of the daily reference value, and a base of plant fibre, water, xylitol, erythritol, stevia leaf extract, liquorice root extract, sea salt, sodium alginate and vegetable glycerol. Flavours come from natural flavourings: peppermint oil, lemon and lime oils, roasted coffee extract, and orange, pineapple, strawberry and cherry flavours.
Is it sugar-free?
Yes. It is sweetened with xylitol, erythritol and stevia leaf extract. There is no sugar and no sucralose.
Who should not use PRE?
Anyone under 18, anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, and anyone sensitive to caffeine or advised by a doctor to avoid it. If you take medication or have a heart condition, ask your doctor first.
What flavours and strengths are there?
Four flavours: Peppermint, Lemon-Lime, Espresso and Fruit Punch. Each comes in MILD and STRONG. Every tin holds 20 pouches.
When can I buy it, and where do you ship?
PRE has not launched yet. The shop shows the range and lets you build a bag; checkout opens at launch. Launch markets and shipping are being confirmed; the site will say so the day it changes.
Can I return a tin?
When the shop opens: unopened tins can be returned within 14 days in the EU and UK, in line with distance-selling rules. Opened tins cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Full terms will be published with the shop.
Is the website tracking me?
