This website presents PRE, a brand of nicotine-free pre-workout pouches that has not launched yet. It is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company.

The site is informational only. It shows a product we plan to make: pouches in a round can, in four planned flavors (Peppermint, Lemon-Lime, Espresso and Fruit Punch), each planned in two strengths, MILD and STRONG.

These terms apply whenever you use the site. If you do not agree with them, please do not use it. How the site handles data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Nothing is for sale yet

You cannot buy, order, reserve or pre-order anything on this site. There is no pricing, no checkout and no account to create. The shop page is a preview: you can put items in a bag to see how the shop will work, but the bag is kept only in your own browser, it is not sent to us, and adding to it does not place an order, reserve stock or create any obligation on either side.

Nothing on the site is an offer to sell, and nothing you do here creates a contract of sale between you and us. We do not promise that the product will launch, when it will launch, or where. Our planned first market is [LAUNCH MARKET]. Availability anywhere else has not been decided.

Adults only

PRE is intended for adults only: people aged 18 or over, or the age of majority where they live if that is higher. The site is not directed at anyone younger.

Note for legal review: confirm the minimum age and any age-check rules for this kind of product in the launch market. The site has no age gate today because nothing is sold. One should be added before any sale or sign-up feature goes live.

No medical advice, no health claims

Nothing on this site is medical, nutritional or fitness advice. Nothing here is meant as a health, performance or safety claim about PRE, and nothing should be read as a promise that the product prevents, treats or cures anything, or that it is suitable for any particular person.

We expect the product to contain caffeine. If you have questions about whether a caffeinated product is right for you, ask a doctor or pharmacist. Do not rely on this site for that decision.

Product information may change

The product is still in development. Everything shown or described here can change before launch, or be dropped entirely, including:

• The formula. It is not final. We expect it to include caffeine. We are considering other ingredients, such as L-theanine, beta-alanine and taurine, but none of them is confirmed and no amounts have been set. The product details view on this site shows example amounts per pouch. They are placeholders, marked as such on the page, while the formula is in development. They are not a specification, a label or a promise, and the final amounts may be different.
• Flavors and strengths. The four flavors and the MILD and STRONG strengths are plans, not commitments.
• Packaging and appearance. The 3D models and images are design concepts. The real can and pouches may look different.

When a product goes on sale, the ingredient list, amounts, warnings and directions on its label and on the product page will be the information that counts, not this pre-launch page.

Using the site

You are welcome to browse the site and share links to it. Please do not try to disrupt it, break into it, or use it to do anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The PRE name and wordmark, and the text, design, images and 3D artwork on this site, belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may view the site and share links to it. Please do not copy, republish or reuse its content or branding for commercial purposes without our written permission.

The open-source libraries the site loads belong to their own authors and are covered by their own licenses.

Launch waitlist

When the site shows a "Be first to know" form, joining it means one thing: we may send you one email when PRE launches, and at most one reminder. It is not a pre-order, it does not reserve stock, and it does not promise a launch date, a price or availability in your country. You can leave the list at any time by replying to an email from us or by writing to [CONTACT EMAIL]. How the email address is stored and deleted is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

None. Every file the pages need (the code, the 3D component and models, the photos and the typefaces) is served from our own host. If a third-party service is ever added, it will be named here and described in the Privacy Policy before it goes live.

The site depends on our web host being available. If the host is slow or down, so is the site.

No warranties

The site is provided as it is, free of charge. We try to keep it accurate and working, but we do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or up to date, or that the 3D content will work on every device or browser.

Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage that results from using the site, from being unable to use it, or from relying on information shown on it.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, and nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.

Note for legal review: confirm that this wording is enforceable in the launch market and adjust it when sales begin, since selling a consumable product brings product liability rules that a website disclaimer cannot change.

Governing law

When this changes

The site will grow. Before each of these features goes live, these terms will be updated to cover it:

• Sending the launch email: the Launch waitlist section above is updated if the way we contact you changes, for example if an email service is used to send it.
• Analytics: the tool is added to the third-party services section here and described in full in the Privacy Policy.
• Online shop and payments: full terms of sale, covering prices and taxes, payment, delivery, returns, refunds and any legal right to cancel, age checks at checkout, and the final ingredient list and label information.
• Accounts: rules for creating, securing, suspending and closing an account.
• Final formula, flavors or packaging: the product information section is rewritten to match the real product, with any warnings required in the launch market.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we update this page, change the "Last updated" date at the top and add a line to the Change log below. The version on this page is the one that applies from the date shown. We have no way to notify you directly, because we do not hold your contact details.
